Writer’s Guidelines

WHO WE ARE: We are a constantly updated e-zine found at www.SixSeeds.tv, an entertaining prism for parents who are plugged in and looking for the good in movies, television, sports, books, music, gaming, civic affairs, and fun family service opportunities. Please spend time familiarizing yourself with our site before submitting, to make sure your tone fits into the already established SixSeeds style. Note that we do not approach this from a particular religious or political standpoint. Consequently, our articles should not strive to do otherwise.

SUBMISSIONS: We welcome submissions from our readers via e-mail: Nancy@SixSeeds.org.

FREELANCE FACTS:

• Most of our content is assigned to our collection of writers, but we welcome new input.
• Byline given.
• Publishes manuscript an average of 2 weeks after acceptance.
• Submit seasonal material 2 months in advance.
• Full article submissions accepted by e-mail
• Responds at least within 1 month of submission.

WE ACCEPT NON-FICTION ONLY

Articles can cover movies, books, television, family matters related to modern media, and profiles/first-person accounts of families doing service projects. Ideas of bite-size family projects would also be appreciated.

Length: 600 to 1000 words.

PAYMENT: Currently, we do not offer payment for our articles.
